Everyone is excited about Spring.
At least that's what my website stats are saying, I've been getting a lot of new readers who love Spring recipes as much as I do.
And yet I'm missing it all. And it's not so bad at all!
After five years away I decided to return to India and WOW has it changed. I was pleasantly surprised to see it is so much easier to travel because of technology.
Everything from a metro ticket to the Taj Mahal can be booked online. And it was rare to encounter people who didn't speak English.
Google Maps and Google Translate make finding things so much easier and cell phone data was $5 USD for 1.5GB a day for a month.
The YouTube series ends next week but you can catch up on my videos and subscribe here. I changed my style a bit so that it's not straight up tips like Ecuador but taking you along for the ride - even if you never plan to visit.
As always the videos are food focused, although my favourite one was above from Jaisalmer. I hadn't planned to go to the desert and it unexpectedly was my favourite day - and video of them all.
I'll be in Asia until the summer when I return home to Canada. My itinerary is flexible so if there are any places you'd like to see featured let me know.
