SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!

Well not for me, it's 40C/100F in Southern Vietnam. It may sound strange but I miss the excitement of spring.

It's when something as simple as a slightly warm day can change a community, and everyone is rejoicing that the snow may be gone!

It's also the time for some of my favorite recipes. The fresh flavors of spring food bring an end to all of the heaviness in winter.

And foraging food combines my passion of food with saving money 😊

I may not be home but I hope you enjoy some of my favorite Spring recipes.

I don't have much time left in Vietnam before heading back to Canada.

I'll be here until mid-May working on the Vietnam guide, along with lots of videos that will air this summer.

Some of you have asked if I'd ever run a tour and this year I started thinking Vietnam would be an amazing one.

And maybe one in Cuba or Colombia?
